Our mission at Mount Pleasant is to…
Magnify the Lord The main reason we come together as a family of God is to worship the Lord. When we put our faith in Him, we receive the privilege of giving Him thanksgiving and praise.
Pursue the Lost We believe it is critical to evangelize unbelievers. The Bible teaches that every Christian must proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ to every person.
Build up the Saints Another momentous part of our church is strengthening Christians in the Faith. Christians grow through Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and service opportunities.
Contend for the Faith We believe it is crucial to maintain a holy testimony. This involves taking a loving stand for the truth, and if necessary, separating from others who will not follow God’s Word.
