Properties LLC was was founded in 1975 by Brad Goris and
his
father, Glenn. "We have designed and built
most of our properties ourselves. We lease, manage and maintain them
ourselves," explains Brad. Today Brad and his wife, Sue,
continue that personal involvement.
"We take great pride in our buildings'
appearance," he adds. "I think the biggest advantage of our properties is the direct management/oversight that we can provide. We care about our
tenants and the buildings they call home".
Brad and Sue were recipients in 2004 of
the
Mount Union College McKinley Fellow Award.

We offer modern one
and two-bedroom apartments in low density complexes in Alliance's best
neighborhoods. Many are located near Mount Union College and Alliance
Community Hospital. These units are well built and quiet. Appliances are
included and many have garages. We keep them immaculately maintained. They
are ideal for everyone from young professionals to senior citizens. Our
rents run between $375 and $650 per month with a minimum
1-year lease. Sorry, we don't accept pets. |
