To support, promote, and create dynamic learning environments for children, which will serve and benefit families, businesses, and community partners.

Brief History:

The Early Childhood Education Alliance, Inc. was formed through a collaboration of Mount Union College, Alliance City Schools, the City of Alliance, the Greater Alliance Foundation and the NAEYC accredited centers: The Early Learning School, Interfaith Child Development Center, and First Baptist Nursery School and Child Care Center.

The project is research based and grounded in best practices for young children. The project is respectful of diversity and cultural and racial differences. The project recognizes and supports the strengths and needs of the families. The project respects and supports all who are entrusted with the care of children.
