I enjoy helping employees develop, in conjunction with their manager, an
individual development plan to increase their productivity, Dian
says.
Its great when teams understand each other as well as themselves and
managers can understand how they can support a strengths-based coaching
environment.
A
doctoral student at Fielding Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, she holds
a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from Case Western
Reserve University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from
Kent State University.
Dian is Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified and a Certified Evidence Based Coach. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as designated by the International Coach Federation, a globally recognized association of professional personal and business coaches. She received Leadership Training from The Center for Creative Leadership and is a Gallup trained Strengths Performance Coach. Christian holds the Professional of Human Resources
(PHR) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management, the world's largest association devoted to human resource management and is certified to do American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Performance Consulting. |
